Shipping Notice

At TechTides, we carefully package and prepare every order for shipment. Once an order has been transferred to the selected shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, ownership and responsibility for the package transfers to the customer and the shipping carrier.

TechTides is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, damaged shipments, incorrect delivery by the carrier, weather-related delays, or any issues that occur after the package has been accepted by the shipping company.

Customers are responsible for:

Providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Monitoring tracking information.

Contacting the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues, delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If a package is returned to TechTides due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these shipping terms and understand that TechTides cannot guarantee carrier delivery performance once a package has been handed over for shipment.
